With Episode 1’s release, players are introduced to the World of Zikverländ

May 30, 2024 Today marks the exciting release of Madzik, a narrative-driven cooperative hack and slash adventure with a nostalgic ‘80s vibe. Madzik – Episode 1 is now available for players worldwide exclusively on Steam.

Discover the Rich Story of Madzik

For ages, Zikverländ thrived under Zik, the Sun God. But, hungry for power and dominion, Ahnglum, the Turncoat Mage, forced open ancient Portals from which alien Moons and vile creatures emerged. With them, came a maddening plague known as the Nightfalls. Some lost their minds, others underwent frightening mutations during unpredictable eclipses.

Heroes are needed to stop the Nightfalls, defeat Ahnglum, and banish the demon god he worships. An epic quest begins to restore sanity and freedom in this once idyllic land.

As part of a serialized release, Madzik – Episode 1 will introduce players to the world of Zivkerländ, with many more tales to come in future releases.
