The award-winning universe of Zikverländ comes alive once more in Heroes of Twilight
The free-to-play mobile installment is headed to Android and iOS devices this summer.
Quebec City, March 25, 2021 – BKOM Studios and Gamigo are excited to announce that the award-winning universe of Zikverländ will come alive once more in Heroes of Twilight: a game featuring a mix of genres that bring turn-based tactical combat into real-time PvP battles. Players will have access to a diverse roster of new heroes and a wide array of powerful card-based spells. Heroes of Twilight brings a refreshing take to the arena battle genre. Discover new legendary battlegrounds, a new story mode through which you’ll learn more about this world’s epic lore, and new exciting ways of playing!
“We were looking for a publishing partner that knew the genre and the target audience really well. The team at gamigo immediately saw the potential behind our unique game concept and since day one, the collaboration has been fluid and very productive. A true partnership that we feel will fuel this title’s success!”, mentions our CEO, Frederic Martin.
Andreas Weidenhaupt, COO of gamigo says, “We are always working on diversifying our portfolio and in BKOM we’ve found a passionate studio that produces outstanding games. We quickly realized the potential of their latest project and want to bring this novel experience to a global audience. We’re looking forward to a successful partnership and expanding on our mobile publishing segment.”
It’s not all about hard punches and devastating strategy either. Heroes of Twilight boasts a charming art style and a distinctive day/night cycle in each Arena match. Each time the sun hides or emerges, the Heroes will transform their appearances and gain access to different individual abilities that can be upgraded to suit an individual player’s preferred style. Each Hero’s dual personality adds a new tactical element to each and every match with twice as many ways to beat opponents.
Heroes of Twilight began as a magical world created through bedtime stories told by the game’s creator but has become a thrilling new free-to-play mobile experience.
